In August, I flew out to Frankfurt to shoot a wedding for my German friend Natalie and her fiance, Reid. Before the wedding, I was unfamiliar with the Rheingau, one of several wine regions only a short drive from Europe’s financial capital. Now, I wouldn’t mind going back to this gorgeous region every summer! It’s still hard to believe this was the first wedding I’ve ever shot alone, it set a very high bar for future destination weddings.
